We asked our advisors, "Why did you become a financial advisor?" And here's what they had to say!
"I wanted to get involved in a career where I could make a difference in people’s lives. Growing up, I always played a lot of sports and when that ended, I spent my college summers coaching. For me, my time spent coaching was so rewarding as I got to motivate and teach kids not only about the game, but also important life skills. I was fortunate to find a profession where I could fulfill my passion of coaching by helping others pursue financial success so they can spend their time doing what they love the most." -Jason
"For me, it’s about listening to people’s stories, and then compassionately guiding them get from where they are today to where they want to be. I love the work that I do, the clients who share their personal stories with me, and the team I work beside every day. It is so gratifying to be there to celebrate with clients who have met their goals and see their dreams unfold. It’s also meaningful to help strategize new paths when priorities change as life circumstances sometimes do. " - Maralynn
"Careful financial advice can be the catalyst to the realization of ones greatest dreams. To provide that opportunity not only enriches the life of the client but it enriches mine as well. Most things are possible with a little strategy and a little planning, and these are activities I thoroughly enjoy pursuing for the benefit of those I work with and that is why I am a financial advisor. Financial health and wellness is a very common goal among all of us. And in my job, I'm provided with an opportunity to connect with such a diverse group of people because of this that I may not otherwise have met. It is a huge privilege I am very grateful for." - Lori
